About Me
I'm a Data Science and Artificial Intelligence MSc graduate from the University of Liverpool (September 2024 – September 2025), based in the UK. My work sits at the intersection of analytics and applied machine learning — using Python, SQL, and Power BI to clean, model, and visualise data in ways that actually support decisions.
Before the MSc, I spent five years working with real operational data in India. At Professional World Leather, I ran pricing and margin analysis on 1,200+ products in a B2C retail environment, contributing to a 3.5% gross margin uplift and a 15% reduction in stockouts. At UST on the Nokia enterprise account, I designed Power BI and Excel dashboards covering 50+ employees, wrote SQL to surface root causes behind operational anomalies, and built Python pipelines that lifted reporting accuracy to 98% and cut manual effort by 60%. Across both roles, the same lesson kept landing: every analytical question has to tie back to a decision someone needs to make.
My MSc deepened the technical side — machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and the statistical foundations underneath them. I've put that training into project work spanning transformer-based NLP, regression modelling, recommender systems, and supervised learning pipelines, with several deployed as live applications on Render. The code for each lives on my GitHub.
Outside the technical work, I'm currently combining job-searching with part-time UK retail roles at Uniqlo, Primark, and Liverpool Football Club — practical exposure to fast-paced customer environments that complements the analytical training. What I'm looking for is a junior analyst or analytics-leaning role where I can apply both halves: technical depth and the commercial mindset I picked up early on.
